The focus of the Toddler program is to prepare children for those first few steps of separation away from their parents, introducing the concept of school and the world beyond family. It also provides opportunities for socialization, sharing, friendship, and self-expression.

Children entering Toddlers are 18 months to 3 years of age. In addition to their daily activities, toddler schedules also include Music and Movement and Studio Art. Toddlers are invited to attend class two, three, or five days per week.

As children grow within our program, we also offer an early preschool component for children ages 2 to 3 years of age, designed for younger students who are ready for the next stage of development. This program serves as a gentle bridge between Toddlers and Preschool, supporting increased independence, social-emotional growth, and early academic exposure within a nurturing, play-based environment. Children in early preschool may begin the year in diapers and will work toward becoming fully toilet-learned before transitioning into the preschool classroom.
